The Fine Print
If multiple people refer the same candidate, only the first referral (from date of submission) will receive payment. The candidate must be placed within six months of your referral to be eligible for payment. There isn’t a limit to how many people you refer through our program. Shepard Search Partners reserves the right to change any aspect of the program or discontinue the program with written notice.
The biggest compliment you could give us as a Shepard Search Partners client is to refer our services to another organization. We’d like to give you something as a thank you in exchange for your referral.
For every client referral we place a position for, you’ll receive 10% off your next invoice. You can also opt to donate an equivalent amount in your organization’s name to Whole Child International or Just A Girl instead.
